Job Summary
Provide intensive, primarily in-home clinical services to youth ages 3-16 and their parents/guardians, including weekly parent sessions, family sessions, and coaching calls. Maintain a case load of up to 7 families while initiating contact, completing psychometric assessments, and establishing therapeutic relationships. Participate actively in all PMTO trainings and monthly coaching to achieve and sustain certification, with annual recertification required. This role supports the KS Foster Care team, delivering evidence-based prevention and intervention to help families improve safety and health.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
- Licensed by Kansas BSRB
- Reciprocal license with Missouri licensing board
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass background check
- Pass physical
- Pass drug screening
- Valid driver's license in the state you reside in
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Achieve and sustain certification in PMTO
- Annual recertification in PMTO
