Therapist

Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services using research-based techniques, including comprehensive client assessments and crisis intervention. Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families to encourage effective use of the therapy process, while assisting clients in accessing community resources and coordinating intra- and interdepartmental case management. Communicate verbally and in writing with referral sources, team members, and reviewers to promote treatment, and complete treatment plans and chart/billing forms in compliance with requirements. Participate in Quality Improvement/Risk Management activities, monthly staff meetings, and practice development efforts. Services are delivered at Burney Clinic, Bear Creek Office in Alturas, and school district campuses.
