Job Summary
Provides direct clinical services to patients and families, including psychosocial assessments, individual/group/family therapy, and development/implementation of treatment plans; coordinates discharge planning and post-hospitalization care; conducts crisis intervention; maintains comprehensive clinical documentation; liaises with referral sources and community resources; participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and staff training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology required
- Requires at least four years of experience as a therapist with two or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility required
