Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy using approved therapeutic interventions; conduct assessments and contribute to development/implementation of treatment plans; support identified treatment goals and behavioral health outcomes; coordinate care and linkage to community resources; collaborate with families, state agencies, court personnel, and other involved parties; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration. Travel approximately 25% as needed to meet client and program needs. Must hold a Master’s degree for mental health licensure in Tennessee and be able to meet background check requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline that qualifies for mental health licensure in Tennessee
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Ability to meet background check requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
