Job Summary
Conduct strengths-based therapy sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families, including individual and group work. Establish client goals, develop treatment plans aligned with OMHAS and CARF standards, and document progress regularly. Collaborate with physicians, case management, and court systems to support the care team environment while referring clients to psychiatry or support groups as needed. Participate in care conferences, report abuse concerns per state law, and maintain strict HIPAA compliance. Maintain an organized schedule and ensure timely communication regarding absences to reduce client rescheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited university
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- valid LSW license
- LSW license
- LISW license
- LPC license
- LPCC license
- minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
- ability to work under stressful conditions
- ability to work irregular hours
- ability to sit for extended periods of time
- ability to view computer monitors
- ability to keyboard
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong grammar and writing skills
- ability to interact and assist in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner with colleagues, providers, clients, and their families
- competency in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) program
- competency in telemedicine services
- competency in any additional software programs utilized by the company

- proficient gripping abilities
- pass all federal and state background checks
- educational and work history confirmed in compliance with company policies
- active, unrestricted Ohio license to provide clinical counseling services
- Attends all required continuing education opportunities per the regulations of your licensing body
