Therapist-Partial Hospitalization

Conduct evaluation and goal setting for an assigned caseload, develop and lead group therapy sessions on diverse topics, and provide individual therapy to clients. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate services with residential and support staff while completing required daily documentation. Work full-time daylight hours as part of a multi-disciplinary team within a residential treatment program serving adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing needs.
