Therapist Outpatient

Delivers solution-focused and strength-based telehealth, in-home, or in-office services to members with mental health or substance abuse disorders. Develops and implements treatment plans, conducts psychosocial assessments, and performs crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and adults. Coordinates closely with clinical staff and other providers while providing community consultation and education to agencies and schools. Maintains required client contact hours, ensures accurate documentation per clinical standards, and meets productivity expectations. Full-time Monday-Friday office position at Payson Outpatient Clinic with competitive wages and flexible scheduling. Offers licensure reimbursement and supervision for license-eligible candidates.
