Job Summary
Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments as part of diagnostic evaluations, then provide evidence-based treatment to clients via in-person or telehealth sessions. Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy while performing intakes, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services for diverse populations. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and offer crisis intervention as necessary. Promote communication and collaboration among agency programs. This role includes evening shifts and requires a Master's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health and Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- 21 years of age
- Negative drug screening prior to hire and throughout employment
- Pass a Criminal Background Check, local checks, and DCF Level II Background Screening prior to hire and annually
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Pass motor vehicle checks prior to hire and annually with acceptable driving record maintained throughout employment
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid vehicle registration
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Compliance with Florida Laws and Administrative Codes with fingerprinting and determined to be of good moral character
- Screening through the Clearinghouse
