Therapist - Outpatient

Implement and maintain organizational philosophies and procedures while providing clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessments and treatment plans. Conduct initial evaluations, manage scheduled therapy appointments, oversee case management services, educate clients and families, and facilitate group sessions. Engage in crisis intervention, facilitate access to community resources, and actively work to reduce stigma and build community foundations for success. Complete timely and accurate documentation meeting audited requirements. Participate in planned supervision, case consultation meetings, and professional development activities including workshops and training programs. Achieve productivity standards as set forth by the manager.
