Therapist, Occupational Therapist (part-time or full-time)

Assess, plan, and execute rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive tasks, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities to progress patients toward goals, and revise plans with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources while documenting evaluations, sessions, and care plans according to departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Maintain attendance, adhere to dress codes and infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings, inservices, and process improvement activities.
