Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy across the Day Treatment Setting for the 10-14 age group. Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, record reviews, and stakeholder input to determine treatment direction with clinical supervision. Maintain thorough clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and safety or risk management plans. Act as a consultant and co-leader within interdisciplinary teams, enforcing policies and contributing to therapeutic programming design. Collaborate with caregivers, external stakeholders, and insurance providers while keeping diagnostic assessments and treatment plans current.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (or a clinical trainee)
- two years of experience in child and youth services or a related field
- Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials (LGSW, LICSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or LP)
