Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to youth and families; conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans; diagnose mental health conditions per DSM; deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapeutic interventions; provide crisis intervention and stabilization; coordinate care with schools and community providers; facilitate referrals and connect clients with resources; maintain documentation per Medicaid/WAC/COA/King County requirements; participate in supervision and team meetings; maintain direct service hours at ~60% of total hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related human services field
- Washington State licensure as LICSW or LSWAIC; LMHC or LMHCA; LMFT or LMFTA
- At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and/or families preferred
