Job Summary
Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments for children, adults, couples, and families in Des Moines. Develop individual treatment plans and manage case plan oversight to address behavioral and mental health needs. See clients in school and office settings while receiving free clinical licensure supervision from experienced Clinical supervisors. Flexible availability is required, including evening and weekend hours. This full-time/part-time role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive pay with monthly bonuses, and yearly stipends for trainings. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or other approved related field (LMFT, LMHC)
- Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office software
- Flexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clients
- This position requires a valid driver's license
- This position requires auto insurance
- This position requires a good driving record
- The ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check
