Job Summary
Conduct licensed therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person care, adhering to consistent standards of clinical measurement and outcome tracking. Manage client intake and maintain profiles that highlight clinical specialties to attract referrals. Engage clients during visits to encourage completion of clinical measures and review results live when needed. Utilize unlimited access to case consultations, office hours, and CEU podcast courses for ongoing clinical learning. Provide compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families while focusing on helping clients heal and thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
- Must have office space for in-person sessions
