Job Summary
Licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or Psychologist) needed in North Central Florida for mental health assessments and sex offender group therapy. 1099 contractor role with flexible full/part-time options. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and leading group therapy sessions (notably Tuesday groups at 4pm and 5pm) and cover at multiple locations in the area (Palatka, St. Augustine, Daytona; can cover additional nearby locations). Compensation structure includes collections-based splits (SO therapy 52%, mental health 60% of collections) and per-session/assessment rates ($100 for assessments; $30 per patient for group therapy). Must be licensed in Florida and complete required Sex Offender Course. Supervisory or referral pathways include cases referred by DOC or Federal Probation. The role supports practicing at multiple area locations with potential additional work by request.
