Job Summary
Provide behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. Complete psychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and develop behavior plans for residents. Recommend therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff and enter patient information and clinical documentation into the EMR system. Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities is required for mobile model treatment. This role offers full clinical autonomy, 100% malpractice coverage, and administrative support within HealthDrive's on-site behavioral health network serving MetroWest, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- State professional LICSW license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently on a daily basis
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software
