Job Summary
Therapist at Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services providing direct therapeutic and casework services to youth ages 11 to 20 in a highly secure juvenile justice facility in Highland Park, MI. Utilize the Forward Focus Treatment Model, supervise a team of case managers and direct care workers, engage with youth and families, and contribute to cognitive-behavioral treatment and adolescent mental health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work
- Michigan licensure as a master’s level clinician (LLPC/LPC, LLMSW/LMSW, TLLP/LLP)
- Two years of postgraduate experience in direct treatment services, including residential treatment, casework, group work, and behavior modification (preferred)
- Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (preferred)
