Job Summary

Conduct direct client care through behavioral health interventions, bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, discharge planning, and comprehensive referral services for women recovering from substance use disorder. Facilitate groups using an established curriculum while managing administrative duties including authorizations, staffing, and data entry. Provide resident mediation, support, and crisis response on a rotating on-call basis. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate treatment, referrals, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and Recovery Works funding programs. Maintain accurate documentation through consistent chart audits and statistical reporting.

Required Qualifications
