Job Summary
Outpatient therapists (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join LifeStance Health in multiple MA locations, offering a hybrid schedule with telehealth from a home office. Provide behavioral health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings; participate in weekly case consultations; receive or provide supervision for LCSW/LICSW (MHC/LMHC) and LMFT; engage in APA-approved continuing education; enjoy a full benefits package, including 100% employer-paid malpractice coverage, sign-on bonus, and a productivity-based compensation model with an annual range of $75,000–$100,000. Locations include Needham, MA (and other listed MA sites), with a hybrid work arrangement and in-clinic services as part of a national provider network.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinical social worker license (LCSW) or LICSW, licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or MHC, licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure there
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
- Ability to provide outpatient therapy in a hybrid telehealth and in-person setting
- Eligible for supervision by experienced clinicians (supervision available for LCSW/LICSW and LMHC/MHC)
- Commitment to completing APA-approved continuing education
- Ability to participate in case consultations and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
