Job Summary
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients while developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings. Stay current with best practices and trends in substance abuse and mental health treatment to ensure comprehensive care. This Full-Time role includes weekdays only, no weekends, and requires a Master's degree with current state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Current state licensure as a professional counselor or social worker, LMSW, LCSW, P-LPC
- Experience working with patients with substance abuse and mental health disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Weekdays only, no weekends
