Job Summary
Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist with a Master’s degree will develop therapeutic relationships with families and very young children, conduct developmental assessments, provide parent-child psychotherapy and play therapy, crisis intervention, and education for parents. The role includes coordinating with other professionals, advocating for children and families, maintaining documentation, achieving productivity goals, and participating in supervision and trainings. Requires Michigan licensure or eligibility within 60 days, plus experience with minors and families; compensation is market-based with a starting rate of $27.22/hour and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
- state licensure or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP)
- one year of supervised experience with minors and families
- MI-AIMH Endorsement level II or III working toward within two years
- valid driver’s license and driving record
