Job Summary
Provide specialized treatment using evidence-based approaches to engage clients and build rapport. Develop individualized treatment plans through individual psychotherapy while maintaining realistic caseloads. Work with a supportive team to deliver collaborative care in a healthy environment. Manage sessions at an hourly rate with flexible scheduling options, including hybrid in-person and remote availability. Receive a $1,000 retention sign-on bonus. Requires current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC along with a Master's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Full Licensure Required: (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC)
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
- Current certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC
- 2+ years' experience in social services
- 2+ years of experience providing customer service
- Must be licensed, or willing to get licensure, in the State of Idaho
