Job Summary
Clinically licensed Therapist to provide clinical services to individuals in outpatient (and residential) settings, primarily for children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and mental status exams, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering individual, family, couples, and group counseling, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation in line with policies and regulations. Requires a Master’s degree and full non-probationary license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC).
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study as required for licensure
- Full non-probationary license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
- Valid driver's license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
