Job Summary
Therapist III provides clinical services to individuals (primarily children, adults, and families) with mental health and/or substance use issues in outpatient and residential settings. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering individual/family/couples/group counseling, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to policies and state/federal regulations. Requires a Master’s degree and an active license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC). Located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study as required for licensure
- Full non-probationary license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
- Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
