Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Treatment Plans for clients in an office setting. Deliver evidence-based mental health counseling services through individual, group, and family sessions. Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and the Outpatient Treatment Division Director to implement review policies and ensure holistic care. Maintain client records, complete referral documentation, and cultivate community referral sources. Participate in clinical peer supervision and advocate for client rights within community systems.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a mental health field
- Licensed with a Louisiana state licensing board (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk children and families
