Job Summary
On Call Therapist IIs at Heartland Family Service work with minimal supervision, providing crisis assessments and intervention plans. This role requires a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy and at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include conducting crisis-focused assessments, maintaining relationships with law enforcement and community resources, responding to crisis calls promptly, documenting within 24 hours, and collaborating with clients and other agencies. This part-time position offers flexibility in coverage and requires being on call, with compensation of $140.00 per week for on-call duty, plus $100.00 for hours worked.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- 2 years or more experience
- Nebraska licensed required- LMHP or LIMHP required (provisional will be considered)
- Valid driver’s license/ acceptable driving record
