Therapist I providing supervised outpatient-level clinical services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in an enriched residential facility. Responsibilities include assessments, individual/family/group therapy (including equine therapy), crisis intervention, linkage and case management, and delivering weekly clinical groups within a multidisciplinary team across California’s behavioral health system. The role supports managing a caseload of 25 clients,Developing effective treatment and behavioral plans, conducting risk assessments and safety planning, and providing support to both clients and families, with opportunities for specialized certifications and competitive compensation. Locations include Sacramento, CA with full-time schedules typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Qualifications emphasize licensure registration (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) with the California BBS and a commitment to high-quality service; experience in behavioral health or residential care is preferred.
