Job Summary
Therapist I or II provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment. Responsibilities include co-facilitating therapy sessions, overseeing a caseload, creating and monitoring individualized treatment plans, applying evidence-based modalities (DBT, CBT, FBT), guiding meals when indicated, contributing to team discussions, conducting intake evaluations, assisting with milieu management, and coordinating discharge planning and transitions to higher levels of care. Qualifications include current licensure in Washington, Masters degree in a behavioral sciences field, and relevant psychotherapy experience. Schedule is full-time (40 hours/week) with Monday–Thursday hours and some administrative days; compensation range is $33.00–$40.00/hour with final offers within that range.
Required Qualifications
- Current Associate or Independent licensure required in Washington state
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
