Job Summary
Candidates will complete evaluations for clients at Heartland Family Service, establishing treatment plans with client participation within the first two sessions. They will provide counseling in various settings, ensure proper documentation for clinical and billing purposes, and handle complex cases. Responsibilities include collaborating across programs, meeting third party payer requirements, and providing mental health crisis intervention. Must progress skills through training and develop a self-care plan, while fulfilling other program-related duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- License Eligible – LMHP; LIMHP; PLMHP; PLMSW; LMSW; LCSW
- Valid driver’s license/acceptable driving record
