Therapist I or II - Child and Family (Iowa)

Conduct evaluations for clients seeking support, establishing treatment plans within the first two sessions and providing counseling in individual, group, couple, or family settings. Manage complex cases by completing all required case documentation for clinical and billing purposes while meeting third-party payer requirements. Deliver mental health crisis intervention as needed and collaborate with internal programs to inform continuation of care recommendations. Contribute to community fundraising and friend-raising efforts by connecting the agency with the larger community. Perform other program-related duties as assigned while adhering to all agency policies and procedures.
