Job Summary
Conduct evaluations for clients seeking support from Heartland Family Service, establishing treatment plans within the first two sessions that specify structure, outcomes, and goals. Provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, or groups while monitoring progress and handling cases of high complexity. Complete all case documentation for clinical and billing purposes, meet third-party payer requirements, and deliver mental health crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with internal programs to support evaluation recommendations and contribute to fundraising efforts by connecting the agency with the community. Maintain punctual attendance and participate in internal and external training to develop program-related skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- License Eligible – LMHP; LIMHP; PLMHP; PLMSW; LMSW; LCSW
- PLADC; LADC or PCADC; CADC or substance abuse treatment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license/acceptable driving record
- Bilingual
