Job Summary
As a bilingual Therapist I, you will provide crisis intervention, conduct intake assessments, and deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy for adults with histories of mental illness and substance use. Responsibilities include formulating diagnoses, developing intervention plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while applying evidence-based practices. A degree in a related field and specific certification are required along with fluency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- Degree as MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, PhD
- 1 to 2 years experience in a social service/mental health environment
- Registered with BBS or Board of Psychology
- Current knowledge of crisis intervention and individual/family therapy
- Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention, assessment and intake for children and families
- Current California driver’s license and car insurance
