Job Summary
Therapist to join Comprehensive Life Resources’ FHARPS Housing team in Downtown Tacoma, WA. Provide mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy; develop collaborative treatment plans; respond to clinical crises; document work per program standards; participate in treatment team meetings and ongoing supervision. Requires Master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences and WA credential/licensure (MHP credential preferred). Proficiency with DSM-V and EBPs (CBT, ACT, MI) preferred. If driving is required, must have valid license and working vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences
- WA State credential/license (Associate license/license preferred)
- Proficiency in DSM-V and therapeutic interventions
- Experience with Evidence-Based Practices (CBT, ACT, MI)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Ability to drive and have valid driver’s license and vehicle if required
