Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress notes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in regular treatment meetings. Provide immediate crisis support, coordinate safety plans, and engage in community outreach to promote services and attract referrals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and stay current with emerging mental health trends through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA (if in NC)
- Hold license as a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A (if in SC)
