Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment strategies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Provide crisis support, implement safety plans, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary. Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust interventions based on measurable goals. Participate in outreach efforts to promote services and connect individuals with community resources. Stay current on best practices and engage in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA
- License as a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A
