Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Provide consistent services across individual, group, and family sessions while ensuring regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust strategies. Accurately document all client interactions, progress notes, and safety plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during treatment meetings. Engage in community outreach to promote services and connect individuals with additional resources. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA
- Hold license as a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A
- State-specific licensure requirements (Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia)
