Job Summary
Therapist responsible for providing home-based and community-based quality services for families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or Juvenile Probation in Indiana. Duties include maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidential records, completing intake forms, delivering home- and community-based services per Indiana DCS standards, timely communication with referral sources, documenting client interactions in Pro (electronic database), producing monthly progress reports, developing and updating treatment and safety plans, managing time records, and ensuring proper file maintenance and audits. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as one of the following: 1) Social Worker; 2) Clinical Social Worker; 3) Marriage and Family Therapist; 4) Mental Health Counselor; 5) Marriage and Family Therapist Associate; and 6) Mental Health Counselor Associate.
- Master’s degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as one of the following: 1) Social Worker; 2) Clinical Social Worker; 3) Marriage and Family Therapist; 4) Mental Health Counselor; 5) Marriage and Family Therapist Associate; and 6) Mental Health Counselor Associate within 90 days of providing services under this contract.
- License is required within 90 days of employment.
