Job Summary
Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, conducting assessments, reviewing referral information, and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain clear documentation of treatment efforts in electronic health records to ensure compliance with agency, ACS, and model mandates. Build relationships with community stakeholders such as child protection services, judges, and schools to ensure provider cooperation. Accompany families to psychiatric and community appointments while adhering to a 24/7 weekly schedule and weekend on-call rotation. Participate in weekly supervision, consultation, and staff meetings, adopting a strength-focused approach with families and the treatment team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related subject area
- Masters's Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution
