Job Summary
This Therapist position involves providing individual and group therapy under clinical supervision to support clients in their therapeutic process. Responsibilities include developing individual service plans, advocacy for client access to services, carrying a small case load, completing internal reviews, and fostering effective communication between staff and clients. A master's degree in a relevant field and registration with the BBS are required. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $34.00 to $35.37 an hour, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Valid California driver's license & current vehicle insurance/registration
