Job Summary
Therapist role in the Dallas evening program assessing and facilitating care for assigned patients, conducting individual, family, specialized, and group psychotherapy, coordinating discharge planning, providing on-call coverage, and participating in multidisciplinary treatment teams. Requires a Masters in Behavioral Health or related field and state licensure with 2+ years in behavioral health; includes duties such as documentation, supervision support, and potential specialized therapies (e.g., EMDR, family therapy, trauma-focused care). Dallas-based, full-time, in-person position with emphasis on clinical assessment, treatment planning, and program participation.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- State licensed (or eligible to license as Psychologist upon hire if doctorate in Psychology)
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- CPI Certified
- Valid Driver's License
- Driver Safety Training
- Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health field preferred
- Experience with specialty services (Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders) preferred
- Experience providing Family Therapy, EMDR, sex addiction or other trauma specialization if assigned
