Therapist - Erie

Therapist provides substance use treatment and case management for assigned patients in the Department of Corrections in Erie, PA. Responsibilities include delivering direct therapeutic services (individual, group, and/or family therapy as needed), developing and revising treatment plans with the treatment team, completing clinical documentation, coordinating referrals and continuing care, coordinating insurance authorizations, maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and sustaining expected productivity with regular supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to assess and address addiction and co-occurring conditions are required, along with maintaining patient confidentiality and collaborating with referral sources.
