Therapist, Dependently Licensed: Hrly PT

Conduct full range of behavioral health treatment including diagnostic assessment, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention/education services under clinical supervision. Provide diagnosis and treatment for behavioral health disorders while adhering to Medicaid/Medicare, ACHC, OhioMHAS, and CARF guidelines. Engage in professional growth and utilize best practices for patient engagement, safety screening, and risk documentation. Promote recovery through collaborative treatment planning, incorporating patient strengths and natural support systems to decrease session frequency prior to discharge. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage prior authorizations, and utilize EMR/video-conferencing software in compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR laws. Participate in strategic planning, performance improvement, and quality initiatives to support patient, referral source, and employee satisfaction.
