Job Summary
Provide full range of behavioral health treatment including diagnostic assessment, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention services under clinical supervision. Deliver diagnosis and treatment for behavioral health disorders while adhering to Medicaid/Medicare, ACHC, OhioMHAS, and CARF guidelines. Ensure patient safety through ongoing risk screening, documentation, and crisis management plans, utilizing EMR and video-conferencing software with strict HIPAA compliance. Promote recovery by actively involving patients in treatment planning, leveraging their strengths, and coordinating with natural support systems to decrease session frequency prior to discharge. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, manage prior authorizations, and contribute to quality initiatives and team morale. Requires active dependent license through Ohio Credentialing Board and Heart Saver/Aegis/First Aid certification within six months.
Required Qualifications
- Active, LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board
- Active, dependent license through the Ohio Credentialing Board, CDCA, LCDC-II, or LCDC-III
- Heart Saver certification
- Aegis Crisis Prevention certification
- First Aid certification
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate in both written and oral form
- Successful completion of a 180-day probationary period
Desired Qualifications
- Active, dependent license through the Ohio Credentialing Board, CDCA, LCDC-II, or LCDC-III (preferred)
