Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior through direct services, trigger identification, and risk management. Collaborate with CTPSB program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients toward successful community reintegration. Work within Adult Services to help clients learn socially acceptable behaviors and set positive future goals to prevent reoffending. Full-time, 40-hour Monday-Friday schedule with regular attendance required. The Connection offers medical, dental, and vision benefits alongside a 403(b) retirement plan and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in counseling or social work field
- Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher
- 2 years of related experience in the field of social work and/or behavioral health
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
