Job Summary

Provide comprehensive outpatient treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior by identifying triggers, managing risk factors, and guiding clients toward socially acceptable behaviors and positive future goals. Work collaboratively with CTPSB program staff to rehabilitate clients and successfully guide them into the community while maintaining direct services on your caseload. This full-time, Monday-Friday role requires a Master's degree in counseling or social work, licensure eligibility, and two years of behavioral health experience. The Connection, a statewide agency addressing homelessness and mental illness, offers medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 403(b) retirement plan.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in counseling or social work field
  • Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher
  • 2 years of related experience in the field of social work and/or behavioral health
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license
  • Regular and predictable attendance
