Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities for adolescents, teens, and adults. Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress documentation while collaborating with psychiatric providers on medication management and interventional treatments like TMS and ketamine. Maintain accurate EHR documentation, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and uphold Arizona ethical standards and HIPAA compliance. Full-time hybrid role with flexible scheduling. Requires active Arizona licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) and fingerprint clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona license in good standing in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Comfort working in a collaborative, psychiatry-integrated environment
- Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, or treatment-resistant depression
- Strong clinical skills using CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or psychodynamic approaches
- Successful completion of a criminal background check in accordance with Arizona law
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (standard or Level I)
- Candidates without an active card must be willing to apply for and obtain clearance prior to the start date or within the onboarding period
- Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining fingerprint clearance eligibility
- Required to comply with HIPAA, Arizona privacy laws, and Lighthouse Psychiatry policies regarding protected health information (PHI)
- Must comply with Arizona mandatory reporting laws, scope-of-practice requirements, and professional ethical standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with higher-acuity or treatment-resistant populations
- Training in EMDR, ART, CMI, NARM, Somatic Therapy, and/or IFS
- Comfortable seeing children, as well as, adults
- Prior work in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health settings
- Exposure to interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, esketamine, psychedelics)
