Job Summary
Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to adult and child patients. Collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies. Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies while building knowledge of referral resources across Arkansas service areas. Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, referral sources, and community agencies. Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and demonstrate commitment to diversity. This role supports Alleviant Integrated Health's mission to provide accessible, integrative psychiatric care within five days of an initial patient contact across multiple Arkansas sites.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Minimum of five years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting
- Current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in Arkansas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing and computer application skills
- In-depth understanding of HIPAA guidelines and documentation standards within the healthcare industry
