Therapist - Community Based (Contract)

Job Summary
The contract position involves providing evidence-based therapy services to youth diagnosed with SED, coordinating clinical information across providers, and ensuring confidentiality. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring client progress, providing crisis intervention services, and maintaining professional documentation as per service requirements. A Master's Degree and relevant licensure/certification, along with two years of mental health service experience, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related human service field
- At least two years of full-time experience providing direct mental health counseling and/or case management services
- Minimum required certification/licensure as PCMHT/CMHT, LMFTA, P-LPC or LMSW
- Maintains active clinical license/certification, as applicable, per respective professional license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with behavioral health services
- Active certification in specialized areas of practice
- Skills in assessment tools, therapy with youth and families, crisis intervention, team building and development
Additional Requirements
- Mississippi license strongly preferred
- Licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist
