Job Summary
Sign on and relocation bonus of $15,000 available for the Therapist (Children's) position. The role involves providing clinical assessment, psychotherapeutic interventions, and case management for patients/clients across the lifespan, following established guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting clinical intake assessments, developing treatment plans, offering ongoing individual and group counseling, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with healthcare standards. The position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and licensure as a mental health therapist in Washington State. Two years of mental health experience under supervision is also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in WA State or eligible to obtain upon hire
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License with good driving record
- Basic Life Support required
- Employees must be eligible for enrollment in Medicare
