Job Summary
Provide ongoing mental health services to adult and child clients, families, couples, and groups through phone therapy, video telehealth, and face-to-face interviews. Conduct clinical assessments, crisis interventions, and case consultations while maintaining records per Rule 132 and Rule 140. Engage in counseling program development, monthly productivity targets, and agency training. Work Monday-Friday 12pm-7pm with travel to various Catholic Charities sites. Requires Master's degree in social work, Illinois licensure, and bilingual Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) or a related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Completion of licensure in Illinois as (AMFT, LSW, LPC) or related credential
- Licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working within an electronic health record system (Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- One year or three years preferred of clinical training or internship experience in community mental health, outpatient, school, or hospital settings
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Training and experience in clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy
- Competence in providing culturally sensitive interventions to diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest and skill in networking and community outreach
